Experiencing tremendous tension in my neck and shoulders made daily life really uncomfortable. I’d seen many different practitioners of different modalities over the years about this problem with very little to no relief.I was very hesitant to book a spinal energetics session as I was a bit shy of this modality and honestly a little skeptical of what I’d seen of it. Cate’s warm, compassionate nature immediately made me feel at ease on arrival for my session and my experience in my session was super relaxing and calming. I experienced small twitches here and there and a wave like feeling connected with my breath during the session. I ended up in tears at one point as I felt my body start to release tension.When the session was over I realized just how deep in meditation I had been. The first thing I noticed was a sense of lightness that I hadn’t felt in a while. I’ve had a few sessions now with Cate and it’s been easily the most profound healing experience I’ve had. Cate holds an incredibly compassionate space for you to release what ever you need to without fearing anything. I highly highly recommend Cate!

I have had two beautiful sessions with Cate. I love the distance (via zoom) option. I actually had my first session whilst I was travelling in Bali!Cate has a beautiful calm nature about her, so even despite not being in person, I felt completely safe and held during our sessions.As a coach & reiki practitioner, I know the importance of releasing emotions, trauma and stagnant energy from our bodies.I have felt gentle releases and journeyed inward during both my sessions, in the few days after I had some emotions surface that were ready to be seen and released.As someone who experienced trauma as a young child, and has held so much in, I love spinal energetics as a modality to release what the body no longer needs to hold on.I highly recommend Cate to anyone looking to be held and supported in their healing journey.

I recently had 2 spinal energetics sessions with Cate, which were incredible. The sessions were so relaxing and I felt a really subtle warmth along my spine each time. Throughout both sessions I felt areas of my body clearing/opening, ending with feeling much lighter within myself. Cate is so friendly, warm and welcoming, and it felt like she really tailors the sessions to the individual. You can tell she gives a lot of attention and care to her work and her clients.
