Our system got installed 3 years ago by Homedeal when we built our home. The install was fantastic and exactly what we were after. We recently had a small issue with our system that required some work to be done and Homedeal came and assisted brilliantly. They were very polite and punctual and where there was something that was required to be completed, they did it without hassle. We have used Homedeal Air Conditioning multiple times - and each and every time we have received excellent service and have been extremely happy with the end result. We really appreciated the attention to detail - ensuring the air conditioner was not off-centered in the rooms, hiding the condenser in the best possible spot and ensuring all cables and pipes were neatly housed on the exterior. After enduring the Brisbane floods in February 2022 our system that was originally installed (with excellent service and quality) we required a replacement. Adam from Homedeal was exceptional and happy to say we are back up and running. Adam, Frank and his staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with right from the beginning. Frank came out to my house the very same day I called to give me a quote on a new air-conditioner and also checked my existing unit to see if it needed maintenance or replacement. Within two weeks the installation of the new split system unit was done, the price was great, all the staff who attended my house were punctual, polite and efficient, and my new air-conditioner works perfectly. Their great service is in stark contrast to the many other local companies I called who said they would get back to me with quotes but never did. My family have been using Homedeal Air Conditioning for at least 10 years. I recently moved out back in January 2022 and got Homedeal to supply and install 4 Carrier aircon units in total. They work really well, and everyone from Homedeal has been great to deal with. Definitely would recommend.

I have had issues with air conditioning installed by Homedeal in the 17 months since I have had this system. With my most recent breakdown I communicated my frustration with Adam and my home buiilder and my annoyance at having to wait for service to repair the system after having multiple breakdowns.On this occasion Adam did understand my frustration and he acted very promptly to send someone out, order replacement parts from interstate and then install the new parts in less than 1 week. This was exceptional service and I have appreciated it.

This is the first time I have used Homedeal Air Conditioning and I will definitely be using them again. Dennis was professional and courteous, explaining why my A/C wasn't cooling properly and showed me some basic maintenance. He also did a small repair job on the drain, which had come apart, free of charge.
