I have used their services for a few injuries. I was treated by pretty much all the physiotherapists that work there. I would highly recommend this place for sport related injuries. Friendly and professional and gets the job done!

Amazing physios! All so professional and knowledgeable. They treat you fully with longer than normal appointment times. Worked with me every step of the way to meet my goals. Would recommend to anyone!

Lauren is amazing. My daughter who is only 5 could barely move her neck and was in so much pain following a freak trampoline accident yesterday.Within 45 mins my daughter was much better with her movement and pain. Still not 100% but definitely better than before we arrived.Lauren was calm, informative and thorough. Kept my daughter calm and was able to treat her with a mild massage that really helped loosen up the neck.Im about to make an appointment for myself to be honest.Thank you so much.

Honestly some of the best staff here! My partner has been treated by Lauren since he was a junior AFL player for Pennant Hills and still being treated by her 10 years on! I have since been going here for nearly 5 years and wouldn't ever see anyone else! Such thorough staff and so well treated! You know they take their job seriously and truly care about each patient!

I thought my shoulders were getting worse during treatment so I visited another physiotherapist at a different location. During the initial assessment and before any treatment, they said they thought I had arthritis in my shoulders and arranged an x-ray which confirmed serious arthritis in both shoulders. Thank God I got a second opinion!!! Since I left Carlingford Active Health I have been subject to repeated marketing calls and text messages despite my efforts to get off their mailing list. Maybe I will have to change my phone number!!!

Kathleen Lau has been excellent and has helped me to full recovery, from my calf strain with expert and professional care in shorter time than I expected. Thank you.
