So I was having a wedding during full Covid swing last September. At the time I used Rocket Entertainment there was the big fat 'no dancing' rule. And I wanted our wedding to be FUN. I wanted to hire someone who would be a surprise for my husband. We loved watching Penn and Teller together. So I asked Rocket Entertainment if there'd be a magician in budget. They negotiated and found someone who was available- Stevo. They arranged all the appointment with him, and he came at a weird time of night too, which was amazing- after cake and bouquet tossing, when dancing would normally happen. It turned out that a few days before the wedding dancing was allowed again but we kept Stevo. He did a performance for everyone, and then did some smaller performances around the room for different groups of people. My husband and I were fascinated by what he was doing. He blew many people's minds with his tricks. Not everyone was into a magician when they were wanting to dance or talk but that's why it worked so well that he was going around to those who were interested. Not everyone wants to dance at a wedding and it was great that he was someone for them! Highly recommend having different entertainment at your wedding, let's change the 'norm' now covid has made it acceptable to stretch what's normal and find new ways to celebrate together.

Rie Rocket performed at our wedding. The acoustic duo/DJ package was great value for money and Tiana and Rob are top quality performers. They are also reliable and super organised - I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day, which was so appreciated. Highly recommend!

The guys came for my husband's birthday. It was the perfect entertainment for us as we needed to be home due to his ill health. The family and neighbours had a great time. They played some favourite songs, created a great atmosphere, and the length of time they did was ideal. Definitely would recommend them, and will book them again.Thanks guys, Shamira and Jeff
