Great staff great service can highly recommend will be back when I need a new phone thanks for help setting up my phone

Got my phone repaired a month ago by these guys. I don't know if they use the most brittle glass ever, but my screen has got 3 cracks within the time of this review from having it in my pocket while I work... Really disappointing considering the cost in fixing it.Their customer service however is fantastic.

The repair was good. Had a minor issue in putting back together and they went straight back over it found issue and fixed really quickly. Really pleasant guys.... i drove in from burleigh to surfers past at least 2 other places i called as they were the best on phone most helpful and said they could fix it pretty quickly. and they did.

The guys helped me out with my month long issue with my phone which I have tried seeking advise to other technicians. I couldn't download any specific app that I needed with my phone because my google account is connected to a different country. Which they figured out on the spot right away when I told them about my phone's problem. I was about to spend money to purchase a backup phone ( 2nd hand).Fortunately they solved my problem in less than 5 mins and did not asked me for any payment which I also offered to pay.If you are in Gold coast and in need with any phone assistance. They are very recommended by me.

I was looking for a replacement screen for my RealMe C3. Very hard to find. I came upon Tim & Andy's store as a recommendation on Google. They had a good rating so I put my faith and trust in them. They were highly professional and very honest in their dealings with me, even offered me a discount. Very happy with the work done. The only minor issue was that the film coating they had put on the phone kept on peeling even after tying in to rubber bands for over 48 hours. The adhesive used to stick the film coating on the phone is worthless. Overall they did a stellar job but it was just this minor issue that is inconvenient. Perhaps they can replace their adhesive/glue or the film coating itself in future, or suggest something that's a bit more tougher and not so flimsy. But, overall - great guys and I would recommend their business to anyone. Thanks lads you all did a great, professional job and were very responsive to all my queries. All the best! :)

This place is great. I had a suspected dead battery in my phone but the friendly chap here had a look at my phone and fixed the issue in 5 minutes. And as it was a simple fix there was no charge. Great service!

Great service. I Called and booked in a screen repair for my pixel 3, they ordered the screen and performed the service the following day. The work took longer than expected which I was fine with as the the technition did an excellent job and the amount paid was as per their quote.

My toddler threw my phone on the pavement and completely stuffed the screen. We are on holidays up here and didnt know where to go. Saw decent reviews for this repair shop so went in yesterday at 9am. The gentleman who spoke to me was very nice and pleasant to deal with. They had the new part in stock and had it replaced in 1.5 hours. I would highly recommend this business as both pleasant and professional service. Thank you to both men I dealt with!
