Jess did such a great job with my little puppy who was in for his first grooming experience. Jess is super friendly and my boy took to her immediately. She made sure to make him comfortable by letting him play with her dog too. He looked so cute, felt so soft and smelled amazing when I picked him up.Glad to support a local business and appreciate the upfront pricing, service info and ease of booking on the website. Especially liked that I knew what products were being used on my little guy and what treats he was fed with all this information being online on Instagram or the website.

I met Jess for the first time in late February when I took Harry in for a full groom. She's very welcoming and friendly from the get go! He was a bit of a mess being a curly cavoodle but Jess and her team did a wonderful job and cleaned him up very well. I wanted my dog fully groomed with everything short and that's exactly what Jess/Petra did.I took a very messy dog in and got a very handsome little man back after 2 hours in Jess' care (the vet thought he looked great too). Had a very pleasant experience overall and looking forward to coming back for future grooms! Very happy to have found this local small business and happy to keep supporting them. And LOVE the online booking system too, so convenient! Thanks Jess, Petra and to the rest of the team.

I’ve been taking my dogs for over a year now and every time they come out looking beautiful.The team are fantastic, and even though I’ve moved away from the northern suburbs I continue to go back because I know my babies are well looked after. Thank you Jess and the team ☺️
