The Pin Factory

We purchased 100 pins for our Education Class of 2022. We submitted our design and The Pin Factory team created a quick mock up for us. Turn around time was so quick! We were provided with full tracking of our package - it was great to have this peace of mind. Delivery took less than a week :) They look great!

They have made 2 batches of hard enamel zinc alloy pins for me now, incredibly happy with the service and results! They are more than happy to go through everything and ensure you have the product you want!

We ordered lapel pins from Richard with a very tight deadline for delivery. Richard went above and beyond to get the order turned around and delivered earlier than expected. He was professional and courteous with constant follow ups and clear communication. Will definitely use them again.

We ordered patches, die cut vinyl stickers and car stickers for our business. Communication was poor, in that my emails were not read clearly which resulted in weeks of back and forth. The order arrived from China with no tracking and poor packaging. The patches were acceptable, but not great quality. The stickers were all poorly made. Car stickers were peeling off backing and not cut squarely and die cut stickers impossible to separate from clear backing and also not cut squarely. Richard agreed to have all the stickers redone and agreed that photos would be sent to me for my approval before the order was dispatched. Photos were not received until I asked for them a week later, but the order had already been dispatched from China. The second batch of car stickers were good quality, which was good, however the die cut stickers are unchanged other than being cut squarely. They are still on a clear backing and almost impossible to separate, with no instructions on how to apply them for our customers. I was told by Richard that this is the new, improved way that die cut stickers are made, ie on a clear backing vs paper. Overall, not a good experience with this company.

I ordered over 1200 medals with The Pin Factory last month. Richard was incredible during the design process! He was patient and helped bring to life the design idea I had for medals for an event our organisation coordinated. The quality of the medals were INCREDIBLE! Everyone at the event was raving about the design and quality of them. Thank you to Richard and the Pin Factory team - highly recommend!
