Aweful experience with Kristian at MKS Group. I have never in my 18 years of lodging my tax return had an experience like I did with them. Ended up getting audited and then they didn’t even let me know that I would be smacked with a $12k bill after it was apparently sent to them 3 months ago! Only did I find out by a text from the ATO that I had a bill OVERDUE! No effort to rectify or help. Took over a week to get a email to just say “that’s odd, they sent the audit to you on Friday”. With no help whatsoever! I do not recommend going to this company. Little things like what were brought up in the audit should have been brought up by the accountant at the time of lodging as he scanned copies. They just keep dismissing/ignoring and expecting me to pay the bill when it isn’t correct! Gave them an answer to the audit and still dismissed via email! This is an urgent matter, not just a $12k bill which is now overdue!

What a fantastic couple of days we had with MKS learning how to optimize and grow our business. I have implemented some of the ideas and are already seeing positive results!Looking forward to the next one.
