I've been working with Shira since October 2019 to work on a holistic and preventative health plan. Shira is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to truly understand you as a person, your lifestyle and what will work for you. Shira also demonstrates flexibility when lifestyle means certain adjustments need to be made or factored in. I can't recommend Shira enough for her kind and caring approach and importantly her deep understanding of both physical and mental health and how it all connects.
