Rang and got a price on Cooper tyres. Quoted $450 per tyre. I asked if they could do a better price for a set of four. They said they could do them for $430 per tyre, which I was happy with. I booked the car in. Upon picking the car up, I was charged $450 per tyre because they didn't include fitting and tyre disposal in the price on the phone. Never have I been quoted tyres without including fitting and disposal. The ladies at the counter didn't even seem to recall the phone conversation. They did fit me in with short notice and fitted the tyres promptly, which was good because I'm only in town for a couple of days.

Thanks again for the great service. Sorry about the tyre sensor indifference, but I was still getting the error on pick up. Maybe you could have said sensors are remapped to all the wheels.(Thanks again the tyres are great)

Mixed experiences. Older male gave services consistently beyond the call of duty; OTOH female gave me a dirty look when I came in to buy tyres, told me to sit down while she did stuff, then overcharged me. Even though I needed more tyres yesterday I've ordered them from interstate rather than face such hostility again.

I’m really grateful for the service I received at Tyre Power Alice Springs. They managed to fit me in fairly quickly, pretty much next dat. Not only did I get a great deal, after I looked at my receipt I also saw that they had pumped up all my other tyres and aligned my wheels for me. I also noticed that they managed to secure the sides of my front bumper that were coming off the body of my car. After rocking up in the morning, I took my kids for a walk and had a quick coffee and by that time they where finished fitting my new tyre. I’m so thankful, thanks heaps to the team! Great and friendly service!
