As per my experience, through 10 minutes chat option, Nilesh Nandan tried to help me to see the issues behind the visa refusal. He discussed little bit about how to address them....but you would ONLY be able to get clarity if you know about your visa and immigration rules and regulations. Otherwise, it will be overwhelming and confusing experience.
