What you see is what you get. Bike properly deliveres at my hotel in the specification indicated during the ordering process. Good bike but needed some tlc on the bartape. Picked up at the hotel as agreed. Just perfect

Yes it is legitimate!! Great service with hotel drop off and collection at the hotel. The CINELLI (carbon, disc, ultreaga) was well maintained and in good condition. Peter, who collected the bike, was friendly and helpful. I would recommend LIVELO Sydney and I will use them again.
