Really helpful staff! Always friendly and polite whilst remaining professional. I'm always aware of their sales or specials via the staff members, and their prices are fairly reasonable.

Booked a PS4 for a disc drive replacement.Console sent to Brisbane, 2 weeks later came back and when I took it home same issue.Console delivered back to store, less than 1.5 weeks later returned repaired and cleaned.Receiving the console both times left my impression very high, the packing was great and safe, and upon the second time I found a “Priority” sticker on the console, showing me they care that the first repair didn’t work.The second repair was met with an apology, guarantee and with no cost.The service the entire time was friendly and professional.I strongly recommend the service for console repairs.

Staff here are always awesome, helpful friendly and always smiling despite an often long queue of some questionable peeps and screaming kids. They hold it together we'll and treat everyone with respect.

This is a store I always walk past to go to Woolworths. Every time I had to keep a lookout for a particular employee Justin. I wouldn't walk into the store whenever I see him working there.Whenever I had to deal with him he would give off this vibe that I'm not welcome in the store. Wouldn't even give me an eye contact when I'm purchasing games from them. Another time I tried trading in a game and he wouldn't let me, drove 10 mins to the next store and traded in the game no problem.Although I live in Nerang, I'd rather drive some distance to other EB store than Nerang. I do miss the time when I used to shop with them back in 2013-2014 when they were located near Coles. Staff were a lot friendlier back then and I was their regular customer and now a level 4.
