I highly recommend Keys Removalist for their high efficiency, competency and promptness.Their staffs come on time with highly skilled In their packing and boxing up handled with care.It so happen on my day of removal I got Keys one of the staff I rated him as 5 star namely Nathan he is so professional and competent so much so it blew my mind away. Him alone less than 2-1/2 hours he managed the pileup crockeries, fragile items books etc packed completely finished within 2-1/2 hours.Therefore, I conclude To highly recommend Keys to all those who look out for 5 star rating Removalist

Keys are a outstanding corporation, and now with the association of Chess Moving, have become the company to approach regarding all transport requirements.

Terrible! I asked them to put any boxes with nothing written on them in the front lounge. What do they do? Put every single box in there no matter what room was written on it. Now i have to spend hours going through it all and carrying it around the house.They were dropping boxes on the ground off the container with no regard for my belongings. Wouldn’t recommend

I asked this company to move my items from WA to SA. They lost a box full of electronics like a Nintendo switch and 3 long clamps. This is after taking 4 weeks to deliver the items.I contacted them to report the missing items. First I called them and was promised an email shortly regarding the items... I got no response. I called again a week later and tried again. This time I sent them an email with pictures of the missing items. Still no response. After several more calls and emails I got the response that basically says your a lair and we are going to do nothing about it, take us to court.I was then contacted by Tim who's a director of the company. Tim agreed my evidence showed my items were there. Tim apologised agreed that everyone is always learning and everyone can always do better which I do agree. I eventually got all my items from Keys. Thought initially no pleasant they finished with good customer service.My old advice, take you own inventory first before you move before relying on anyone to do it for you. Protect you stuff

Edit: Since leaving negative feedback, the company ensured that the problems were rectified, and apologised. I'm happy with the end result and the effort that went into making things right was far more than I've received from other companies.

Not broilers. They were great in out done an dusted.the guys were so good and they were very helpful my suggestion give them a good pat on the back.

Moved from Kalgoorlie to Boddington. Very professional. No problems.
