Old lady with dark hair very very RUDE RUDE RUDE. Maybe this staff member needs to brush up on her customer service and manners. I would of thought you want your customers to keep coming back not chase them away. Plenty of servos around that have friendly staff.

Myself and another lady traffic controller had to go to the toilet so the boss of our crew made us stop at this servo.I'm so glad I didn't need to fuel up because we were told no, we couldn't use the toilets.We were going to buy coffee and food while we were there because we had been driving for 2 hours to get to a job out this way.Needless to say they lost any money we were going to spend because we both just walked out.Not to mention I drive this way to my mum's so will never be stopping here in the future either

Shut the toilets during Covid and decided its easier to leave them shut than clean them. What a joke our country would be if every servo thought like them...

Rudest staff ive ever met in any customer service roll. Avoid this petrol station.FYI it's illegal in QLD to have a sit down eating area and no access to toilets. BP you need to address this.

The old lady at the counter was horribly rude. As already mentioned. We weren't permitted to use the toilets even though we had purchased fuel. Go at the time of paying or not at all"What a disgusting human."

Absolutely atrocious service received at this petrol station from older lady, with short dark blond hair. I had filled up my car and gone to pay for the petrol. I paid using eftpos and as I did an error occurred on the machine, at first I thought I might have entered my PIN wrong and asked to try again. This attempt failed too so I decided just to pay wave in hopes that would work but it didn't. As this happens the old lady attendant starts accusing me of intentionally filling up when I don't have any money and says she should of known better from the looks of me! She then starts to say that I am stealing petrol and must need to be held accountable. Threatening to involve the police as this happens I tell her I'm a 100% sure the money is my account and open up my phone into my banking app to verify. Sure enough the money is there I show her this and she refuses to believe me. I ask if it might be a machine error and maybe I could try the other EFTPOS machine but she refuses. As this all happens another attendee comes to my rescue and asks if I can try it on this machine and what do you know it works first go. All the time the old lady stares at me like some sort of no good criminal and when the next customer walks up to be served and happens to ask how her day was, she responds with it was good until now glancing at me like I'm the culprit of this situation. Never again shall I ever come to this petrol station.

The only BP I've been to in Australia without a usable toilet. It has been like this for months!!

I stopped here to put fuel in and accidentally left my card at home. My fuel light was on and I didn't have enough fuel to return home or go to another service station.I trird explaining situation to the lady at the counter.before I had even finished explaining she cut me off and said no to paying by card over the phone.This has left me stranded and forced my wife to drive 45 minutes with 5 kids to bring me the card.I know BP offers this as a way to pay. As I've had to use it before when I've left my card in my work car.I'd recommenddo not stop at this BP.service is poor, they are rude and extremely inconsiderate.
