Bec + Bridge Warehouse

Customer Care Team at Bec + Bridge were very responsive and kind when I stuffed up my online order. Super impressed with dress and service — will be back for sure! Thanks Maicie!

Very bad service, disorganised and ends up being very expensive. In summary;- Pay $50 for a bridesmaids appointment (non refundable). Waited 2 months for a bridesmaids appt (understandable due to covid) however once we get to the appointment, it is very rushed, only 1 changeroom, we pick 3 dresses as quick as possible..- Only to find that we cant actually ORDER any of the dresses we chose. We have to order online?? 1 of them is no longer in production and they can't tell us if it comes back in time for the wedding, 2 of them arrive but are a completely different 'cut' to the store (dresses) which we weren't told about- Cue multiple returns trying to get the right 'cut' which we weren't made aware of. I'm spending $15 on every return, so now have paid over $100 so far, spent over 3 months since first making an appointment, and still have NO dresses- Customer service can't give any information on when styles we want will come back or on the 'cut' issue - a helpful person who understands is at the Mosman boutique but unfortunately can't help us with ordering online from B+B warehouse.Need a simpler and easier process!
