I came to meet Davy through a government programme ,because I had some problems with my legs. I found Davy is very professionalphysiotherapist and he help me a lot in get rid of the pains I had. It gives me great pleasure to recommend him to anybody wants to use his services. Also is areal gentleman with his patients ,as far as I concerned he is a gem for the profession.

I found Davy to be a very thorough and attentive physiotherapist.I sought treatment from Davy for chronic pain and stiffness in my neck, which was affecting my sleep and mood.I felt immediate relief from the first consultation. And over subsequent weekly sessions my neck improved to the point of no longer needing treatment.

Davy is a highly competent physiotherapist and has been literally a life saver for me. I started consulting him when my disc bulged second time over this year with acute sciatica nerve pain and had lost all hope. But with his treatment and timely advise I was able to recover in 3-4 weeks.I have consulted other physios in and around Ryde over the past few years and I can confidently say is he is great is what he does. The best part is that he is available for home visits, which really worked well for me as I could avoid commuting to a physio clinic in pain.

Davy from HealthJoy was a pleasure to work with for my elderly Mum who needed physio after a fall. We were lucky enough to find Davy who provides a home visiting physiotherapy service which made it much easier for Mum. He was able to come the same day that we called and he was always on time with the appointments. He is very kind and gentle and has helped Mum by giving her exercises to continue with. The physio sessions and program that Davy devised for my mum has made an incredible difference to her physical strength and mental well-being. My mum is 92 years old and has being bed bound for six months, but prior to this she was mobile and independent. Being bed bound caused pressure injuries to form and her right foot became contracted. Davy to the rescue: he started in March 2022 working with mum. He built her strength and flexibility to an incredible degree. We haven’t reached our goal of mum being mobile again yet but I feel like her body strength is stronger than when she was mobile. Mum feels more independent and is capable of moving herself in the bed now. Davy took the time to get to know mum and her history and worked the things that she was interested in into the physiotherapy. Most of all, he got her laughing! Often!He was very successful working around mum’s‘tricks’: such as her pretending to be asleep when he turned up for sessions! He has given me a lifetime of advice and knowledge which I will be able to apply not only to my mum, but to myself also.
