A1 Superior Hand Car Wash

Windows and wheels were not cleaned properly. I'm not fussy but this was shocking. Gave it 2 stars as the staff were friendly though

Should have done it myself... A blind guy with one arm could have done it better. Not only did they saturate one of my mats during the wash, they left windows streaky and dirty from the putrid rag they used to clean the windows as well as leaving remnants of dirt on my steering wheel and dash. Vacuum was basic, plenty of dust/dirt left behind (and I paid for the superior upgrade). New to the area but won't be going back here again. Unfriendly customer service with no sign of work ethic. Overall, dissapointed.

The guys detailed two of my work vans today. Am very happy with the job, the attention to detail was great.

I think this place has changed hands. Prices have increased a lot and quality of work has declined. REALLY grumpy and unfriendly staff.

Despite of all the bad ratings above that i read, I am very satisfied with a full detail work on my Q3 at $310. Keep up the good work, guys !

Absolutely shocking place. Went here and paid for a valet inside and out. At first glance the car looked ok. But I got home ten minutes fown the road. I have a dog and he does malt, so don't expect a super clean car but this was a joke. There was a tonne of hair on the console, they didnt retract the seats to vaccum, or down the sides. I was appaled and took the car back and they rectified it. Most likely because I was furious. Moral if you want something done properly do it yourself! Be warned.

Very disappointed with the quality of work, staff attitude and response from the business owner in handling the matter.Second appointment in a day. Preference given to walk in customers. Three hours later... most work attended in over 30 mins on my small car, in the hurry. When I complained- about dust on exterior and interior marks on fabric and plastic components remaining the business owner just smiled and looked at me.No respect on my time. Wrong business practice with most expensive package clients. Did not deliver! Does not respect customers who want the best and pay highest. I want a refund.

The 4WD looked amazing after the Express Detailing that I got. This was after a couple of weeks camping and unsealed roads. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Bought deal from groupon 29$ for superior in and out wash. I was very disappointed for this service. They didn't clean rear cargo area because it was so dirty! Just wasted your time. Hopeless!!

No complaints, just had my car washed and got everything you expect for $40. My sedan was filthy after a week away and now it's not. Yes it's not the perfect clean but it's better than what I'd do and it was all done in 30 minutes
