Worst Salon experience of my life very unprofessional, doesn’t have the product knowledge.This is my honest review. I booked the permanent straightening appointment in August last month with Isabella design.After the first wash I have a lot of hair fall I thought the harsh chemical been used should be ok but it was continued and I stared having the redness scalp and skin flaking and hair all wavy . I went to see the doctor he put me prescribed treatment as the treatment been not done properly and my hair got damaged.Isabella doesn't have the product knowledge . This is the first time I my leaving a review for anyone . I just Want NO ONE IN THE COMMUNITY get suffer what I am going through Now I have lost a big patch of hair in middle of my scalp. During treatment she wrapped up my hair and put clip on it ,put treatment on my scalp and comb my hair while the product was on . Very unprofessional and Rude Didn’t even apologise for the damaged she has done .

After one week of permanent straightening, hair fall went crazy. She doesn’t have any professional knowledge and I guess she’s using inferior quality products. So, ladies please be careful before getting your hair done from this salon, as you might end up damaging your hair beyond repair.

Izabella has done an amazing job with my hair. Really affordable price. I would be back for sure.

Izabella was the first hair dresser i visited when moving to Cairns. I went for a hair straightening and hair cut and her experience and understanding really showed in the finish product.
