Very friendly staff and service however was disappointed to learn that BP is no longer part of the Velocity programme and this wasn’t communicated well so I deliberately waited to fill up to get points only to realise the program had stopped. Overall though reasonably priced and as I mentioned the staff are always extremely friendly and deserves a mention.

Now I'd heard the old don't go to the BP in Lithgow the staff are rude" and I didn't believe it until tonight when I went there myself. I'll be going to the Caltex from now on because at least there you'll be treated professionally like a customer by the friendly staff."
