Oeij Property managed our home for a 3 years stretch rental. From the get-go we had Simon very prompt and useful advice about best way to present it. Then Marika was our property manager. Modern management system with online forms and automatic reports, very thorough inspection reports with photos, made it easier to be away from our home. A Very Professional AgentJack is a very professional agent. These days, it is very hard to find an agent who adhere with professionalism when dealing with buyers. A lot of agents will only be nice to a certain group of people and will judge you based on the car you drive and the number of kids you have.When I asked to view the property the following day, he obliged and we end up making an offer that afternoon.The entire process was flawless and he really worked to get the property sold to us recognizing that we are serious buyers.I would highly recommend Jack Yeo if you are selling your house because 8 out of 10 agents we met judged us immediately from the car we drive and the size of my family. i was so happy during my rental tenancy with OEIJ property. Their support was best in class, transparent and not biased. Especially Xenia, Marika and their team was so professional and helpful all the time. All the issues are resolved very quickly and never felt any problems during my 1.5 years of tenancy. I leave this review as home owner who engaged OEIJ to manage all aspects of maintaining my property. Will never use again. Unprofessional. My property looked like a war zone after their 'final inspection' even after engaging professional contractors to carry out cleaning and repair work. You pay for what you get, but you cant price their incompetency.
