As a hairdresser myself this is disgusting behaviour to see people react to a situation that they have no idea about after simply watching a video from ‘Tik Tok’ clearly they don’t know anything about what really happened and just leaving reviews that could damage a salon reputation. Every business is allowed to refuse customers they feel necessary. You people should be ashamed to behave this way putting a business in this position.

My hair was a disaster coming in to the salon, about 5 different colours from box dying it. They started working on me straight away. I can’t remember their names but I had the mother and daughter helping me. They kept talking to me making me feel comfortable the whole time. It took over 4 hours and everyone was patient, willing to help and so nice to me the whole time. I felt so spoiled and this is the best my hair has ever looked. I told the main lady who was helping me that I was meeting my boyfriend’s family afterwards and it was important to her that my hair was perfect for it. They styled it which was more than I asked for then when I paid it didn’t realise until I checked but she gave me $35 off the beginning price!

Very poor service. Very unprofessional. The worst salon I have walked into. Went for a haircut. Hairdresser didn’t know what she was doing. It only took her about 5 mins. No value for money at all.

I have had a few cut and colours here, with the last two with Rebecca and I've always found the service to be quick, reasonably priced and high quality. I've gone here to fix the extremely expensive disaster from one of the other premium" hairdressers in the centre. Definitely a value for money and time place!"

This place was lovely! Both myself and my daughter got our hair cut at MQ hair and both of our hairdressers were lovely and kind and understanding! They listened to what we wanted and results look great as well! Definitely recommend them to anyone and they are great with kids.

Great experience here! Walked in and only waited 10 minutes for a full head of foils. Staff talked to me as they were doing my hair, kept me comfortable and I felt safe with everyone wearing masks even though it isn’t a requirement anymore. Salon was clean, modern and well kept, didn’t feel too crowded even if it did get a little busy.Great selection of take home products to purchase too!
