Rude, bad and disgusting customer service by jason.

They used some cheap sales tactics to grab my deposit on day one. Later I heard it’s a common practice for ABC, and specially at this display. They are not cheap if you compare apples with apples, it is just that you get what you pay for. This 1 star is for the way the sales consultant at this Display dealt with me. Would have missed out on my home loan and the government grant for their over promised timelines. He promised me a contract in 3-4 weeks as mine was urgent, but couldn’t even deliver in 6 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. He even hung up on my face at one point when confronted. Thought I wouldn’t share this review, but I just had to. It was my hard earned money that I lost and didn’t deserve this behaviour from a sales consultant.

Purchased 3rd investment property with ABC Homes. After finishing 2 late last year. Jason's knowledge was incredible as i told him me & dad wanted regional area. He suggested Yarrawonga before it boomed was great suggestion. We built this third & recently sold our ABC home the Saffire 28 in Silverwoods Estate, for our biggest profit yet since we started investment group. Thanks so much Jason De Felice & team, very much appreciated all the knowledge & help given. Will be back already planning 4th build with you guys in Armstrong Creek.

Jason De Felice from Cloverton Estate is super knowledgeable and very efficient. Makes the process easy and quick. Always happy to point anyone in the right direction with product selection and inclusions.

Whatever you do dont go here, the most strangest experience yet. Before we even sat down we were offered a house a lady was building and wanted to sell ( odd ) then told we would have to put a deposit down if we wanted land in the area we were interested in. The man was super weird and pushy do not recommend.

Got my first home through here, Jason and Anna very good service and advice, they helped to pick the best colours and options for the house. Would recommend.

Jason was arrogant and rude was trying to tell me and my partner what we wanted. Wouldn’t give us prices on anything that we were interested in. Wouldn’t recommend
