Worst service ever. Walked in with my wife, who wanted to buy a new purse. Two shop assistant, chatting away, waited to try and attract the attention of one of them, but whatever they were chatting about was obviously more important than doing what they’re paid to do - serve a customer.I can’t stand bad service, and this indifference to doing a good job gets my goat every time.Frankly, if I was a company person that had walked in to see how the staff behaved, both would have been looking for another job that day.

The lady named Adrielle I guess was very rude when I went in store for a replacement of my handbag , i wanted to use to the credit on some other bag but she told me quite rudely that she don’t have that . Didn’t offered me any help . I spent $300 in store and I always buy bags from strand bags but I’m never going back to this store now .

Went in to talk to someone about buying luggage . There was 2 shop assistants , 1 busy with the only other customer in the shop. The other was just standing around. Neither of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. Both ignored me for the 10 minutes I was in the store.Worst customer service .
