Temple Day Spa

Great service until you cancel on them. I have been going to temple day spa fortnightly for months. I usually have the same therapist when I go. The therapist cancelled her appointment with me a couple of times which was fine I just rescheduled my appointment to when she was back. Last week I had to cancel my appointment because of work. I called temple day spa first thing in the morning to reschedule as my appointment was in the evening. They charged me a $70 cancellation fee and because I had already paid there was nothing I could do. They were happy to reschedule me but I would still have to pay the $70. Would not just reimburse either. It’s the first time I had to cancel too. So much for loyalty to their clients.

Was down in Adelaide visiting family and decided to book in for a 90 min massage after a stressful week. I had been here before to have an infared sauna as I have them weekly in Sydney. The massage was with a bubbly Izzy who was a breath of fresh air after the week I'd had. Ive had many massages over the years and her technique was spot on. She found the tension points and knots quickly and worked her magic. I slept like a Koala. Will definitely be back again. Beautiful experience for me. It was my first time there and the staff was lovely and settled me in. There was 5 star service all the way to the end. The massage chair after my Red sauna session was fantastic also. Totally worth it.

This was the first time I went to a Day Spa and it was part of my friends Hens Day . And it was so relaxing and professional and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Temple Day Spa for any occasion for females and even males as the staff were exceptional. We had massage and infrared sauna followed by champagne and nibbles and felt so relaxed after our session. Thank you so much for the excellent few hours

I was a little disappointed with our couples voucher that we received for our wedding as a gift from a friend. We received a couples embrace package which on paper looks lovely but was quite the opposite. I had lost my voucher during our move and transit over the year so the lady on the front desk was kind enough to honour it and find our voucher on the system but since then I had to pay an extra $50 as there package went up in price so it was over $400.The front area was lovely and relaxing however my husband had to fill out this extensive questionnaire which he found quite off putting. We waited about 10 mins until we were called, got my dressing gown but it was 10 sizes too small and I had to sit uncomfortablely for sometime with a pillow covering my body. It wasn’t until someone finally came and I asked if they had any other dressing gowns and she said ohh sure I’ll just get you our extra extra large dressing gown. Which made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. The dressing gowns are fit for people of a size 8-10. We then went to the sauna part of the package, my husband sat out of this as he doesn’t like confined spaces or heat. So he sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes. I asked him if anyone asked him if he was ok or to get someone to help him maybe he could have something else in replace if this. There was no one around, it was then the second part of our package the spa and massage. The spa was the size of a very small bath that would fit 2 small children rather than 2 adults. It was very disappointing as my husband also sat this out. The last part was our hot stone massage, my husband asked for soft to medium as he has a back injury and didn’t want it too firm. However the entire time I could hear him saying ouch too hard etc. He even asked the masseuse to be a bit softer, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. I got a head massage, a foot massage and hands, my husband didn’t receive any of this and he was disappointed to say the least that it made the experience un enjoyable especially since it’s meant to be a couples experience. When we left there was nothing along the lines of how was everything or to check in, it was like they couldn’t get us out quick enough. I suggest if you don’t want to do couples massage than don’t take bookings too late in the day. While I’m sure others have had a great experience, ours unfortunately wasn’t and I’ll stick to my usual massage places. Parking is also a bit of a inconvenience.

I planned a couple session for my girlfriends 25th birthday and it 100% delivered. Phone service was amazing first of all. We haven’t relaxed like that in a long time and the ambience and team make everything feel perfect. Ebony was amazing with how she looked after me especially. I can’t wait to go back with my partner. This is a must!
