I'd been seeing Valerie for massages and counselling on and off for years but during a recent bout of feeling overwhelmed about everything (and being unable to think my way out of it like I normally would) she suggested we try hypnotherapy. I'd had hypnotherapy once before and found it very helpful so thought it was worth giving another go. Following the session there was a steady improvement in my mindset over the next few weeks; the fog lifted and my thinking became clearer, and I was able to formulate a plan that is getting me closer to where I want to be in my life and career.
