I went to get my acrylic nails removed , waited for about 10-15 minutes, although I had already booked a time. They then had soaked my nails in acetone and let it sit, started buffing aggressively to the point of extreme pain, let my nails soak again which again, hurt extremely, then buffed again and filed my nails with an ordinary nail file, finishing with some nail oil. I left the store with my nails stinging but didn’t think much of it, because I had never had them taken off professionally before and thought nothing of it. Around 1.5 weeks later I noticed that my nails started peeling off. Sections of my nail were falling off and there was definitely a fair amount of pain.

Never again, after two days my nails bubbled, I returned to have them fixed. They made me pay, told me not to choose 50% of the shellac colours as they were a cheap brand and would bubble again and then proceeded to cut 4 of 5 fingers to bleeding. Rushed and unfriendly staff.

I rarely get my nails done, but when I do I come here and never leave disappointed. All the ladies are lovely and keep the place clean and tidy. Rasheeda is meticulous and is extremely kind - would definitely recommend!

Poor and disappointing service. I just got my nails done there and Nana the girl who served me was rough, rude and in a rush to serve other customers. The worst part is towards the end (I did a shellac) is that they left me with my hands under the machine and started on someone else without telling me how long it would take. Furthermore the nail grit & skin dirt remained on my hand the entire time until I asked for it to be cleaned. My shellac didn't turn out smooth because Nana was too busy trying to serve someone else ... I'm truly upset and feel ripped off my $45, don't waste your money here.

Had my first set of hardgel nails done today. This salon is excellent. They take the time to explain everything, and use gel over acrylic which is very important to me as it's less chemicals. Great location in the mall, and it's spotlessly clean. As far as salons go, I'm extremely impressed! Oh - and the full set was beautiful and done in less that an hour and a half.

Terrible experience. I usually go to the same salon but was visiting the mall and thought I’d try somewhere different. My experience was similar to reviews below. Instead of a relaxing experience- I had a painful one. No massage, but instead my cuticles were rammed back, my heels scrubbed uncomfortably and then the worst part was my cuticles cut so short I ended up with a bleeding toe which is now very painful and infected. Biggest concern is I don’t think they actually sterilise the equipment and just spray a little antiseptic. Do not visit!

Sorry to say dissatisfied with the service. Didn’t clean my nails properly, then bled one of the nail bed trying to do it fast . Until I stoped her from painting over a bleeding nail , she was happy to do so. When you actually visit good places that charges the same price of $40 for shellac, you know they are not worth it.

Great standard nail salon with OPI and but a little more expensive than a usual nail salon around there. Last time, went in no booking, they speak in their language and doesn't explain to you if they available. Took a while, I was about to say if you not available I can go elsewhere but then they said have a seat". Nail is after 3 weeks

Thought of give it a pass and not put a bad review for this nail salon. I got misled by the apparent good rep this place has somehow. Might be good for the acrylic customers perhaps.Payed $35 for a basic mani (cuticles, buff and regular nail polish). Not just felt the lady was rushing me in but she also cut one of my cuticles making me bleed. The following morning washed my hair and the nail polish started to chip massively.First and last time visiting this salon. Painful waste of time and money.

I just love the definition and precision when they do my lashes. There has been consistency each time. Good quality glue. No clumps. Hard working honest eye artists. Can't go anywhere else now
