Absolutely outstanding, Mitch has worked wonders on my upper back and shoulder. He explains everything thoroughly and has magic hands. Damien emailed the app link which makes my recovery a breeze, great videos with reminders. The whole team is a pleasure to liaise with. Any future problems with my body, I would not go anywhere else.
