Tamborine Automatic Gates

We recently had Tamborine Automatic Gates install a new solar powered double swing farm gate style gate at our property. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Within 24hrs of contacting they had a technician out to measure and had a quote to me within the hour. The price was very fair and reasonable. They were very efficient with the turn around time from start to finish being approx 3 weeks. The gentlemen who installed took their time and care to ensure the gate was installed perfectly, they also took the time to discuss in detail what they were doing and offered advice on best placement for the wireless keypad. After renovating our house and stumbling across some pretty dodgy tradies, it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Tamborine Automatic Gates and I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism shown at all times. We used Tamborine Automatic Gates recently to supply and install a solar powered farm gate for us. Best invention ever - no more getting out to open/close the gate!!! We had been having problems on and off with our gate that had been installed by another company a couple of years back and I called Tamborine Gates as a friend had recommended them. They were great with their communcation and came out within a couple of days. At first inspection they couldnt find the problem and thought it may need parts or the full system replaced but before they did anything they took the time to talk to the manufacturer and sent a second tech out to look look at it. They managed to find the issue and fix the system without have to replace parts or unit. The team put so much time and effort into helping us and keeping us up to date on what was happening even on a weekend and all of the work they only charged us for one appointment. We will be recommneding them to others and will be my first call for anything we need in the future

They kept us updated as to when they would be at the job. Went the extra yard and took equipment away, worked on it overnight and returned next day to get gate fully operational.

This company installed an automatic gate and in less than 12 months the batteries are not working and have corroded the wiring and it all needs replacing. Very poor quality and they won't replace under warranty. DO your research and get a quality product from elsewhere.

I Wanted a hard wired electric gate installed and the staff steered me into the direction of a solar powered motor to suit their needs as it was easier. Had issues from day one asked for someone to come look at it and was all to hard. Happy to take money but not rectify any issues. Cheap parts that are unreliable.Batteries have failed after a few months.Motor won’t unlock due to rusty parts that have broken.
