Club Rocky's
Old school gym with everything you need to get in shape. Fantastic range of equipment which is well placed and spaced for the best workout. I liked the fact they had weight plates ranging from 45k all the way down to 0.5k which is great for progressive overload. Rocky and his family have 3 decades in the business and his wife is a world body building champion (so cool), if you need help or advice you just need to ask. We have been travelling Australia for 6 months and this is my favourite gym so far. Also great value deals for a day, week, month or longer.

Rocky's is owned by a guy called Rocky and actually looks like the gym from Rocky (The Movie). It's an old, dirty gym, but it's got a heap of equipment and an owner that is passionate about fitness and bodybuilding. I was just visiting Geraldton for a week, but he was able to work out a 1 week deal for me.

The best thing about Club Rocky's is all the free VHS tapes he gives to all his members!Today I got Mega Mass Champions" and traded it to my friend Cael for $60. Little does he know that I taped over it with old re-runs of Australia's Funniest Home Videos. I can just imagine the look on his Dad's face. Like his Dad always says "You can never stop the chains" then he beats him with the chains."
