Worst consumer experience of my life.Ordered new shocks for my hilux and thought everything was great. Turns out they ordered the wrong shocks for my car. You think it would be easy to get a refund after they stuffed up the order but no. I waited four days with no response after returning the unused shocks with all receipts. On the final day i went in Personally to the store 3 times to finally get something to happen. Right before closing i find out i have to pay freight on the items they incorrectly ordered and won't get a full refund. The final straw their till could only refund part of the money and i had to wait for the rest to be transfered directly into my account.Nice guys but if there's a chance you'll need a refund on something save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else.

I had an ARB bull bar and winch fitted by Albany 4wd and camping center.Lets start with the good, the ARB bull bar is great.Now the rest, I asked for the bar to be colour matched and was told that colour coding is what they do so I went with that. The colour is not even close to being the same.The vehicle has a front camera that is meant to display under the vehicle when in low range, which after the installation no longer works.When I went to pick the vehicle up i had a quick look around and noticed the inner guard liner had been cut so inaccurately that it was just flapping around in the breeze.The winch I supplied and they installed, 2 of the bolts had only 1 and a half turns of engament and 3 of the 4 bolts were just over hand tight, I found this fault because the fairlead I supplied was installed so low that when the winch was used the rope burnt through the paint on the bull bar.I have been back into the store 5 times and recieved nothing but lip service.4 months later I have finally been told that they are not repainting the Bar. The innerguard liner they promised to replace I have seen or heard nothing of.... and the winch and camera I have now fixed myself.In short, DON'T get your 4wd parts fitted here.I feel I need to nut and bolt check the rest of their work.

Have an ARB bullbar fitted to our Prado. Helpful advice and a big range of ARB gear in their Albany showroom.

Basically an ARB shop. With ARB brand name parts, at ARB fixed prices. As only having a couple other quality brands, there's not much choice here. Haven't had parts fitted here, but two friends have, and both of those were poor quality fitting. They were rectified, but only after going back again. Based on this, I won't get anything fitted here. It's likely presumed they go through a lot of parts fitters.

We needed to buy a car fridge and we could not be happier with the wonderful, helpful and friendly service we received at Albany 4WD & Camping Centre. Thank you all so much and for the great price and exactly the type of product we were after.
