After about 3 hours of being on hold and arguing with the insurance company (AAMI) about whether my Lexus was going to be written off or not, they eventually sent it to Riverside for a second quote. And I'm glad they did. The repairs were completed promptly considering the extent of the damage, and to what appears to be a high standard. Riverside customer service puts AAMI to shame. I was constantly updated and they went out of their way to accommodate me picking it up. Great people to do business with.

Helen the receptionist was exceptional in her helpfulness, the service and response to questions and the accurate information she provided. It was a pleasure to deal with Helen who gave me a lot of confidence in their process.Mohamed rectified the minor omissions and errors when they were drawn to his attention. Although some items which were beyond his control took some time Mohamed ensured they were rectified. I would use Riverside Smash and Mechanical Repairs again.

Riverside Smash and Mechanical did an amazing job in fixing my near new Mitsubishi Lancer. It had major mechanical and body damage which was rectified as new. Mohammed and the team were always very accommodating and made sure that they kept me updated on the repair work, what needed to be done and even spent time to explain to me how the repairs would be completed.Mohammed is such a nice gentleman and really cares about his work and his customers - nothing is too much trouble for him.I could not be more appreciative and happy with the repairs.

The customer service and repairs workmanship is excellent and second to none, and would happily and highly recommend this business.Throughout the process I was able to contact the repairer, and Helen was able to answer all my questions and was always able to provide updates on their progress, which was very comforting.The overall time at the workshop was just over 10 days, you can see the photos of the repaired front end that Mohammed and his team's workmanship and attention to detail is true to word - the alignment of the panels, detailing and finishing was excellent.Again bless you all, many thanks!
