Bought a outdoor fridge there 5 years ago and after 2 years it's almost rusted away, they said they didn't cover rust under any circumstances. All other retailers fridges have 5 year rust warranty. Never to return

It was a very bad experience with Nisbets Sunshine Coast store. I ordered a pie warmer and they said it takes 5-10 business days to arrive. After 2 weeks, I called them back and they said pie warmer was sent to the wrong store and they don’t know where was that. They did not take any responsibility for that. I called many times and they always said they dont know when i can get the pie warmer. Their customer service was so bad, they did not care about my order.If you expect to get your delivery quickly, please never come to them otherwise you will get so upset with their service.

Late Friday, I needed knives & forks for cafe for weekend, got back to cafe thinking I had purchases 2 doz knives & 2 doz forks & I had 4 doz knives. I had to go to supermarket and buy forks ( expensive). Sales assistant had no care factor. I will not go back, will go to Hiller & assoc. in future!!
