Tuff ozy concrete sleepers

Tuff Ozy were was very easy to deal with. Ordering online and delivered straight to our door. This is a very durable and solid product, good price, and it looks great!

We have dealt with this company on many occasions and spent thousands of dollars in recent years. The concrete sleepers are pretty good quality but I'd have to say they really need to pick up their game with customer service. I went to pickup just 1 x 1.2m sleeper today that we custom ordered over a week ago to be left waiting 20 minutes as they were all busy and about to load up a truck. You'd think as it was only 1 sleeper that you'd send me on my way then load the truck? Well it seems they hadn't even done the job as the sleeper was wet so clearly they only cut it when I arrived! It would also be nice to be greeted with a smile from the guy with the accent in the front office. We have dropped in a few times and has never been too friendly. Perhaps new owners now as we had better dealings at the start.

The guy’s and girls were very easy to deal with and helpful. My wife went down to them with the trailer both times and the guys loaded up for her, strapped the sleepers down and made sure everything was safe for her to drive with. Great service and follow up, would highly recommend them and will be using them again when the time comes.
