Highly recommend there service, I had a great experience from there receptionist to vets when I visited with my kittens.The kitties left the vet calm.All staff very helpful.There prices are some of the lowest and it helps when you can walk out with all your pet needs.

I’ve had a great experience here. My dog has been really out of control with anxiety and obsessive behaviour. The vet was non judgemental and very understanding of the impact it was having on us and our dog. Highly recommend.

Our Vets clinic have been outstanding - kind and helpful, patient, and informative. Was pleasantly surprised as haven't used an in-store clinic before, and the nursing, reception, and vets were all faultless with being polite and friendly. In person they gave a through exam of a cat who was peeing 5-6 times a day, informed me the coat wasn't in good condition and gently shaved mats, and advised food changes and brushing to help skin and coat (improvement observed). Vet recommended Feliway for the anxious cat but also agreed to the lower cost Vetalogica chews without up-selling.Focused on the cat comfort they ordered at-home urine test kit rather than invasive urine sample taken from cat in clinic.Over the phone another vet was very informative with test results and explained his concerns and decisions clearly, and nursing and reception staff very good by phone as well.Pricing reasonable compared to vets closer to Melbourne. Would recommend.The Best Friends store has a large layout which is easy for social distancing, they have a good range of supplies and sometimes sales. Retail shop staff can be a bit too busy/distracted for 10/10 customer service but okay.
