My partner and myself have been attending this practice for many years now. Andres and his team are highly professional, caring and well trained. Andres is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with current dental research and application. Meticulous records are kept. Highly recommended!

Dr. Andreas Tamayo has been my dentist forever (at least a decade) and he is fantastic. Her know his stuff, is personable, efficient, and treatments are relatively painless (keeping in mind he is a dentist). Not only is Andreas great, he’s built a fantastic team who are a joy to visit every 6 months. I have no hesitation recommending Dentistry Illawarra to anyone with teeth they’d like to keep.

Thank you Dr Andres, Shari and the whole team at Dentistry Illawarra! Every time I come in you are all so authentic and caring, so genuine and nurturing. Such friendly people with a hearts of gold. Dr Andres has the magic touch and he is super gifted with his craft. As a patient with recent TMJD issues( in my jaw) Dr Andres made me feel very comfortable while receiving treatment. I do not know where to start, I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Had issues with one of my molars which needed a deep filling (very close to the nerve) I couldn’t chew on that side for a whole year after a partial filling I got on that tooth from another dentist. Dr Andres did not hesitate to remove and replace the whole filling. It has been two days and I can successfully say that I can now chew on that side :)By far this has been the best dentist I have been too. They went above and beyond and did everything to ease my nerves. Dr Andres, Emilija and Shari, you are the A team!!! Very professional but at the same time so caring and nurturing.I highly recommend illawarra dentistry, you can’t find a better team to care for your teeth!Thank you once again guys! I will be coming back again and making illawarra dentistry my family dentist from now on :)

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Explains everything well and clearly, heaps knowledgeable, and everyone in the office was super nice.

The entire staff was so friendly and I felt totally comfortable. Everything was clearly explained and thorough. I was behind on my dental visits and was a bit nervous knowing that I would have more plaque than usual but the visit was entirely painless. I'm so happy to have found Illawara Dentistry!
