Our backyard was designed and constructed by Christies Landscapes and what a transformation. Our neighbours have said our backyard looks like a resort!Sam listened to what I wanted, and designed a very inviting and beautiful backyard, better than anything I could have imagined.Throughout the construction, I was kept up to date with the progress. Everything was always kept clean and tidy at the end of the day. Communication was easy with Sam, he always got back to me quickly and nothing was ever too much, he even completed some extras for us not on the inital design which was such a great help and really appreciated.Sam and the team have great attention to detail and provide a high quality finish, you won't be disappointed. If you are considering a landscaping project in Canberra, don't bother going anywhere else. Sam and his team are utmost professionals and will keep you informed and up-to-date throughout the entire project.We were impressed from the start when Sam brought our rough designs to life with 3D software. These designs included over 100m2 of paving, multiple retaining walls, garden landscaping design and pool installation. The project commenced in late Winter 2022, and even as the rain pelted down over Spring, Sam continued to update us on timing, rescheduling and the utilisation of sub-contractors, so we were never in doubt as to how our project was progressing. It is clear that Sam prides himself on project management and things progressed seamlessly - from excavation to concreting, bricklaying, pool delivery/installation, patio construction and landscaping, it was great to watch this all unfold and develop before our eyes.Christies' Landscaping have a real attention to detail and an emphasis on finish so your results are first class. We are extremely satisfied with the landscaping works that Christies Landscapes recently completed for us. Sam and his team were professional, courteous, punctual, listened to our ideas and provided recommendations and options. This demonstrated to us a thorough knowledge of plant species, design and construction. 3D visualisation also assisted us in understanding the proposed works. The plants and trees provided were high quality. At the end of each day everything was kept clean and tidy on our site and this was appreciated. Was happy at the time but when I had to redo lawn in an area that didn’t grow I very shallow dig revealed pavers and rubble from my demolition used as fill rather than the depth of quality soil needed to sustain lawn growth.Disappointed as the rest of the experience was positive.

Cannot recommend Sam and the team from Christies Landscapes more highly. After years of wondering how to best make use of the space in our backyard, I contacted Sam for advice. He listened to our needs, understood how we wanted to use the space and then designed a custom plan that absolutely nailed it first time. For such a large project which included a pool, patio, decking, stone paving, lighting and more, the process was seamless. Sam's communication is outstanding with lots of regular updates and work carried out exactly when he said it would be. The team were a pleasure to have on site - all super friendly and the quality of workmanship across all trades is top notch.
