Supercheap Storage Gold Coast

This place really is supercheap in regards to Storage it's not your conventional storage outlet because you rent large wooden boxes or crates which can accommodate a one bedroom unit they then stack them upto four high but that's why it is Supercheap. They also have available shipping containers which you can lease out on turns to suit your needs. You also need to give 24 hours notice to access said boxes or crates but in saying that the staff very friendly and take great care with your goods. The guy that runs it is always up for a chat and a helping hand his name is lost on me at the moment but he's a good bloke. So if you're super budget conscious and you're not storing Ming Dynasty ceramics these are the guys to see for your storage needs on the Gold Coast.

I highly recommend Michael and the team at Supercheap Storage. Stored my belongings with them for a few months, had them load and unload (the 'premium' service). They made what was a very stressful time relatively easy. The same mover loaded and unloaded my gear, which I appreciated (cheers Carl!). Very efficient. Reasonably priced. Would use their service again.

i placed furniture with this companyafter guaranteeing i would only need 1 storage container. Two bedroom apartment. Then they call just didnt make i have to pay double two hundred a month 2ould have got it cheaper any were else. I was very clear i could not afford more than 100 dollars. It has. een nothing less than a nightmare with this company. AS of last week they drained my accoubt as 3 weeks over due. Spoke to bank as this company had no authority to take the money they did and vefore a payment was due. i left msg for company to call me as need lufe saving meds. no response so have now left it in my banks hands as ask them not to proceed with fraudulent taking of money from my account but after msgs sent to this company and letting them know they have left me without funds for my life saving meds im now proceeding with the bank fraudulent taking of funds. Oh and by the way no contact with this company after i left a desperate msg re meds. i got behind rang them previously and made a payment. im disgusted beyond belief. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

This is the second time we have used Supercheap and I won’t be recommending them or using them again we have so many damaged pieces of furniture we have contacted the company sent photos and told that the driver Carl had said they were all damaged before if I could upload the photos I would...they wrapped nothing in blankets apart from the BBQ they fell off the ramp with furniture !!! Carl I’m so disappointed with you. What a two faced person you are You have obviously no respect for other people’s belongings yes you told us you had worked 3 long days so we were the unlucky ones you just couldn’t be bothered your man with you and his son were great shame on you ........

Best service and price, a really good find. Run by a friendly & trustworthy husband and wife team. Location is *not* by the river or somewhere damp - took us a while to find the right storage place and so glad we did.You get your own crate and let them know a day or two before when you want to access it. Can drive up to the crate.

I was referred to Supercheap Storage by an aquaintance roughly 2years ago during a very stressful time in my life. Lisa & Michael both made the task of storing my things so very easy. I recommend this company to you all, and I you won't find a better price or a better group of people anywhere on the coast.
