Nice big store with heaps of specials. Can’t find what you are looking for then just ask the friendly staff. We were in and out in fifteen minutes and had all the items we could carry. The car park is acceptable and the shops are more than inviting. While visiting emerald be sure to call in and spend money while you are here. Cheers big ears

I have ordered a pair of Thomas Cook boots over three weeks ago I was told a week ago they have been ordered and will arrive this week. Rang them today and told again that the boots have only just been ordered and won’t be here for another 2 to 3 weeks extremely unhappy with Stewart Emerald as a business I won’t be shopping there any more

Epitome of bad Emerald customer service. The lady who manages the store is cold, rude and righteous.Will oversell clothing, unable to get them ordered in and then shift the blame on you.When asked why she didn’t let you know (order was time sensitive as for a wedding) she states ‘I was busy’. And then some.It’s a shame, the store is actually packed with many nice pieces however as soon as you remove an item from the rack, it’s a cascade of falling clothes. Too much clothes and ego in such a small space.
