So normally I get a sub thats amazing. This is the worst one I have ever had. Look at that! Where is the carrot or cheese?! I wouldn't even call that sauce. Pathetic.

Monday the 13th My Daughter collected an online order that was put together wrong. When she went back in to get the order fixed she was met with aggression and lies. whomever the staff member was they should be retrained or get out of customer service. Totally atrocious service horrible

Don’t order online, I don’t think they have ever got an online order correct! Maybe they just CAN’T READ as when I go in the food is fantastic! I don’t think the whole concept of online ordering is acceptable here at all! Too bad if someone has a food intolerance! Zero care is given!

I never usually review, however I have ordered online quite a few times and i have never picked up a correct order.Whenever we order extras they never put them onto our subs/salads. This would be fine except that these cost extra therefore wasting our money and time. I have gone in about this to fix our order, yet have only been met with attitude and told flat out that i was wrong with no consideration.
