Poor human resources management.Working here means you will be bullied, blamed for everything happens. If you haven't been blamed like that, just wait for your turn. It will come soon.Working here means your managers won't protect you. First thing is always making profit for the shop, sorry, the boss. And when you're asking help from your team, there's no team work.Sorry to say this but it's enough. Working doesn't mean that the boss or supervisors are always right. Team work doesn't mean that team leaders can scold you and blame everything on you.This is not a good method to manage your employees.To all staff: You're deserved to have better working environment. Don't be silent. Raise your voices. Just quit and find a better place. Good luck!

Cally was so helpful, I really appreciated her assistance and even though it took a few minutes she smiled and said...no charge. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Bit of a mixed review. Bought a phone case for my brand new iPhone 14 pro. Was told will charge with the MagSafe. It didn’t so took back. The girl decided to try and get it to work so fiddled trying to get it going. Was on a stand. She let it go and said think it’s working. It dropped straight to the ground. She was apologetic but that doesn’t help. Was lucky phone did not break and appears to be fine

Great customer service, shop has lots of cases to choose from. Lisa was very helpful and polite. Would recommend this place highly.

Bad service! Dodgy to customers! Greedy! They only want most benefits for their bosses.They asked me to signed the policy without explaining the last part. If you get your phones fixed here, always ask them to explain all bullet points from signing pages.Of course your phones won't be fixed at authorised shops anymore. Make sure that they explain to you before signing. Read before signing.

Excellent service and the sales assistant was very helpful and quick at resolving my iPhone accessory problem. I would recommend them.
