I had to coordinate with uninstalling old air then new roof insulation in between the air installation. All went perfectly. The new system is perfect. Staff very friendly

Extremely friendly from quote to install. They listened to me and answered all questions and concerns. They were never pushy or used the ‘hard sell’ approach. Competitive pricing and the install team left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. I have now used these guys twice and recommended them to my mum and sister; both of whom have since used their services also. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again myself.

Absolute joke!! Been trying to upgrade our aircon to a airtouch 2 for a year with climate Munno para!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I have spoken to 4 different people in the space of a year!! Including booking in a install date and noone ever showing up! I have contacted them via phone call and email and i can't even seem to get a phone call back despite it apparently going to the Manager"! Guess you guys are earning to much money to bother with our job!"

Technicians attended and diagnosed the fault, I was told that I would be contacted by the office with a quote for the repairs. I paid the invoice of $150 for the privilege. I waited 2 weeks for a call, heard nothing, I eventually called them to be told by the admin assistant that they are way behind with their quotes. They took my details and another 2 weeks later I still have not received a reply!
