Worst pizza i ever had. I have ordered a pizza not dough with the sauce only. Its the fourth time i had a experience like this with this store. I guess local pizza shops are much better that this store.

Poor effort from the staff! I was just hung up on after being lied to. Ordered around 8pm on a Friday night. Call at 9.06, telepromter says my order is dye to arrive at 9.05 talk to staff she talks to other staff who I can hear say its not even in yet then continues to try and tell me that my order is in the oven and will be a minimum of 30 minutes before I receive it 2.7km away. Pathetic performance. When asked how they think this is reasonable they had no excuse and when I said my kids have to wait until almost 10 pm for dinner and that it's not good enough she hung up. Not once did I raise my voice or did she offer a refund. Will stick to dominos from now on. Rude rude rude. Maybe sone customer service training is needed!

Had 3 pizzas and a bunch of sides delivered. The meatlovers had next to no meat, one piece of pepperoni, no bacon, hardly any sausage or cheese. Called 4 times before I got to speak to an actual person, she agreed to replace it, if I returned the full pizza.. it's just arrived 45 minutes after everyone else has eater, this time with 2 slices of pepperoni, no bacon drowned in sauce and still not enough cheese.. We had the exact same pizza delivered from another store to my office earlier in the week, compared to that pizza, the ones delivered tonight we're like the cheap $5 range.. service was terrible,product was well below par

I had a delivery order, this was dropped at my door with no knock and the delivery tracker said it hadn't arrived yet. Therefore my food was left at my door for over half an hour for it to be ice cold. I noticed as my room mate found it. This is highly disappointing. I tried to call and the line just disconnects. Never going to order from this store ever again

We decided to have pizza for dinner and it's possibly the worst decision we had made.After waiting an hour for the food, we were utterly disappointed. The pizzas barely had any toppings on it and was just mainly dough and sauce. We even had 2 pizzas that were missing the sauces completely. The drinks arrived hot also.The delivery driver didn't even say a word even after we said hello. He kept giving us a side eye and now we know why. It's because the pizzas can't even really be called pizzas.If we wanted dough and sauce we would've went to woolworths. Tried contacting the store but have been unsuccessful.

Ordered the 3 pizza deal and 2 out of 3 pizzas were appalling. Mega meat lovers had next to none for toppings, they doubled the bbq sauce on top to make it look better but if I take away the sauce, there’s basically nothing on it. Completely over cooked, the little bits of meat that were on the pizza were burnt and shrivled up, absolutely disgusting. Creamy garlic prawn, same deal - no toppings and overcooked. Only thing I could eat was the garlic bread. Won’t be ordering again, the lady that was cooking them tonight unfortunately didn’t meet the standards - was definitely a waste of $50.
