The bro who took our order seemed a bit far gone but still gave us the gluten free information we needed. The next fella who served us was great, friendly and informative.Burger was great, onion rings great too. Just really loved seeing a menu full of gluten free options for my partner. He enjoyed his food too!Seriously good stuff.

Felt like a chicken salad and instead got a dry bowl of leaves and a piece of bark. Dressing was inedible. Burgers are alright, buns a dry. Hungry jacks would’ve been a better option.

For the price you pay for a burger, it should be better but very average... Should've spend my money elsewhere as there is a lot of variety here in Surfers

Thursday night 22/06/2023 - If I wanted to do everything thing myself I would have cooked at home. No sauce was given with the children’s order nuggets. No cutlery was given. No napkins were given. I had to go back and ask for them all and the cook didn’t seem happy to part with sauce for my child. No one asked how the meal was going. Then when I thought Grill’d Surfers Paradise couldn’t get any worse I saw three mice run back and forth past the door. Definitely 3 separate mice and not just one running past many times. Won’t be back and will wish I never went.

We ordered 3 burgers to takeaway. Waiting nearly 30mins I noticed a takeaway bag up on the counter and thought, I wonder if that was ours? I don’t know how much longer but eventually, the guy came over and gave it to us. The burgers were cold! The service was not great either, not very welcoming. I couldn’t be bothered taking them back because I thought it would take another 30mins or so to get our order! The waiting wasn’t as annoying as getting a cold burger…. We won’t be back. Also the price was ridiculous for what you got.

Nice and friendly staff but the burgers are not as nice as they used to be. Definitely smaller size too.I liked grill because it offered nice burgers in nice settings. Both atmosphere and burgers are going downhill to be something like Maccas.Rushed orders and everyone running around. Tables not as clean. Orders are delayed and when you get its its cold and not very tasty and small size. But still charging a premium.

Fabulous place to eat, right on the beach at Surfers Paridise, staff are great, food came quickly, which was surprising given how busy they were. A regular place for me to eat when in the Gold Coast

Grill'd Surfers Paradise
Was an okay experience. Ordered the Simply Grill'd on a regular bun and the regular chips. While understanding I got the most simple of burgers on offer, the flavour was not so amazing. More sauce or just more flavour in general is needed. The chips did not taste fresh and some where undercooked. The table was clean and staff were friendly enough, however I would rate this an average experience.
