My dad is an elderly pensioner and has been taking his car to Michael for the last few years. Even when they’re very busy, Michael always finds time to fit my dad in, or give him help and advice over the phone and has been very helpful and considerate in helping my dad out with urgent mechanical repairs. Michael is very trustworthy and always fairly looks after my dad and his car. 5 stars to the team!!

Horrible professionalism over the phone, Michael answered my call telling me to hold without waiting for me to reply. Then after 10 minutes on hold, Michael answered again only to slam the phone down after he apologised for keeping me on hold and I replied That's no stress mate

The service is excellent, staff are friendly and explain the work carried out. Michael has previously worked at Mercedes Benz and is more than capable of servicing my Mercedes . He uses genuine parts when required and knows his stuff. It was worth the 45 min drive to My Car Watergardens.
