My mother in law lives there and the staff are amazing, there is always something to do

Lovely place caring staff

Some Staff can work better on their own responsible duties or helping the outside careers who knows nothing about place instead noting down and questioning like why they went for restroom once in shift, Breaks times etc.They should have more welcoming nature although management is good.

I visited recently Rowville Manor for my job interview . It’s very beautiful and got really homey environment and feel safe as hospital too. Very beautiful front area and inside visitor’s area amazing. I understood about there very talented and friendly staff at my interview and they were really nice and supportive too.

My Grandmother says this is the first place she doesn't need to worry about her possessions going for walk. Truthfully, I am not sure if this is a positive thing.. considering Grandmother was a career cat-burglar..

I have been a regular visitor to Amaroo Gardens, the staff are so friendly and caring. When I found out about the new home being built I was very curious. Well I have been able to visit the new build in Rowville and it has exceeded my expectations. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are huge and have fantastic storage. I have visited many aged care facilities and this is exquisite!

We were so hesitant to put Dad into a nursing home with all the bad publicity, but Rowville Manors and their team certainly changed our minds. The dedication, genuine care, cleanliness of centre is second to none! The staff are always happy, smiling and saying hello to everyone. I am a person who watches all the time and their empathy & care is there all the time, not just for show. The whole staff from front reception, nurses, carers, kitchen & admin staff are always eager to help. The food is beautiful, loads of activities & entertainment. Do not hesitate to do a tour of this magnificent centre you won't be disappointed. Deb T
