The staff are extremely professional both in their knowledge and people skills.Unfortunately this turned out to be a very unexpected end of life consultation.The staff, in particular the vet, were exemplary in their handling of a very difficult and majorly confronting situation.Their kindness and compassion towards myself and my boy were first class.I was provided with sufficient information and explanation with my need to control the depth of both being completely respected.I was provided with total freedom to spend time with my boy before the procedure with the timing of the procedure laying with me which was very much appreciated.My heartfelt thanks to all of you.This clinic has the perfect balance of health care for the patient and the emotional needs of the human.Very highly recommended.

I recommend McIvor Rd vet with the greatest of confidence.Even though our outcome was sadly not ideal, I am positive that nobody could have done more.The compassion shown from first contact to the sad finale was second to none. They even organised, to our wishes, everything afterwards.

When my silly boy had an emergency I called in a bit of a panic, as I live an hour from the clinic. The person I spoke to was so kind to me and understanding. She explained everything so clearly and calmly that I immediately felt better. When I arrived, the vet knew what was happening and was so calm and quick to act that I knew my boy would be okay. It’s incredibly helpful and doesn’t always happen that way. Fantastic staff who communicate with each other. Thank you.

Younger Reception staff was extremely rude, doesn’t give you the time of day when “checking in”, then tries & “upsell’s” you when you’re not interested in your way out & then gets stroppy when your firm back to stop the awkward & pushy encounter. Unfortunately this particular “girl” ruined what had been a good experience with this place after a questionable experience years ago with Sue.

Absolutely fantastic staff, friendly, love the animals in their care, go out of their way to help, well priced and open late for working people.

Ours was an emergency appointment and the news for our fur baby wasn't good. Staff handled our girl expertly and although we had the worst news, we took all their knowledge, advice and meds and we still have our girl, who is getting better every day. Kara was amazing and we are so grateful. Can't recommend highly enough.

A late Xmas Eve emergency, all the staff were amazing and we were able to bring home our silly dog, minus the piercing, (stuck her nose in to the tackle box to steal the sausage!) before Santa came to visit. Thankyou for taking such care of Bonnie

This vet is amazing, I’ve taken my puppy here since I got her. I advised concerns that my puppy was incredibly anxious in the vet, I raised concerns about this anxiety growing to fear aggression when she gets older. Since then, The vet techs/nurses, have made a massive fuss about her coming in; hyping her up, giving her cuddles and just overall boosting my puppy’s mood coming into the vet. Overall amazing team , always happy to help and answer questions. Would not go anywhere else!
