The yanchep McDonald's was horrible, super disorganised and inefficient.tables were dirty, and full of people that looked like they were waiting for a very long time.the first twenty mins past, I went to ask the manager, she was busy and apologised, but said she has no idea as she even hadn't seen our order yet, but she would send the food to the table as soon as she sees the order. another ten mins, I saw my order on the first place on their screen, but no food sent to the table. ten more mins past, I heard they were calling order number 190 sth(we were 109), I went to the manager again, telling her my order had gone from the screen and where the food was. she realised they lost my order. Don't know what to say.We had been waiting for food for around 50mins in a Fast food shop.

Ordered and paid for 20 pc nuggets and realized we only got 10 pc after we drove off. No receipt was given, we couldn't call through either. What a horrible service and super unprofessional

Terrible! We ordered 2 Crispy chicken deluxe’s and we’re given just McChicken’s with very minimal toppings. Very disappointed as we paid full price. And we waited almost 30 minutes and it’s not the first time either.The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the kind worker was very apologetic and was the only one working at that time as all the other staff went home.

I genuinely don't understand how or why they're consistently putting out orders of such poor quality, with missing items, or both. The staff genuinely don't seem to care at all, there is no pride or integrity in that place. The managers and crew trainers should be embarrassed. The entire crew needs retraining or replacing. Obviously fast food isn't going to be the best thing in the world, but the food from this store has been trash for the last few months. Won't be back. Do better and raise your standards. Ew.

They asked me to wait in the car and came back after 13 minutes. And then a girl gave me a drink 70% of the cup, chips are so cold and salad was so bad. It’s worst McDonalds ever. I always order iced long-black. But they gave me with sugar so many times. If somebody has diabetes, it could be a big problem. Sometimes okay, but especially these days, Yanchep McDonalds is disappointing

Went to get 2 desserts at, got to the door at 10.30pm and found it closed. Yep that's fine, always drive through.Found the attendant hard to understand, needs to speak a tad slower and clearer over the speaker.In total waited 16min to get order, as it was my McFlurry has the Oreo crumbs missing from the base and the ice cream wasn't to the normal height. My husband didn't get his bc the ice cream machine had run out. So got a refund.There were 2 people working, NOT teenagers. 5 cars in total waiting in the drive through at 10.30pm on a Saturday.It tested the patience that's for sure!

This review is after a year living in Yanchep. We go here often good or bad, and every order I mean every order is always wrong they miss burgers or drinks if you order a double you get a single. Now I know it’s fast food however if you pay for something you should get those items and get them how they were ordered.I never ever leave 1 star reviews but Yanchep MacDonalds is the worst run, worst quality MacDonalds there is in Perth.This review will probably mean nothing however, there needs to be a change how this MacDonalds runs it’s an embarrassment to the franchise.

We just received our order from McDonalds Yanchep.....we spent $80...these are the chips we received and drinks also missing....barely no chips at all!!!Uber eats were quick to deliver and bags all sealed...so no fault of uber eats.We had the same kind of issue about a month ago...spent about the same amount...no kids meals at all...just the kids drinks.. other bits missing..we called the store last time and management were absolutely unhelpfull, rude and wouldnt do anything about our childrens meals, so we had to reorder, pay again and pay for another delivery.The fries are always half empty at this store everytime through the drivethru and I often ask for them to be filled up... but almost completely empty on a delivery....my drink is also missing from my meal this delivery.Have also attached pic of my hubby's quarter pounder ordered with lettuce added and no pickle.....barely any lettuce visable and has pickles.We are so bloody angry again.

Possibly the worst store in Western Australia. Meals need to be checked before leaving every time as often things are missing, burgers have very little toppings and chips are warm and under filled. Only good if you are starving and there is no food available anywhere and after reading the other reviews i am surprised people eat here.

They are keeping people in line at the second window, instead of parking anyone. So after you recive your food you have to wait for other cars to recive their orders to be able to drive away. Waiting about 10 minutes after reciving food to leave.
