Disappointed that the council has put boom gates on this carpark.(see photos provided).Friendliness; 1 out of five.Forget friendliness, this has got to be the 'most unfriendly car park space next to a beach'. For example, when you enter this parking space, be aware that there are very big signs notifying you that the car park closes at 9pm. The pictures I have provided give you an idea of the 'unfriendly welcome' you get upon entry through the boom gates (which are very skinny, be aware if you are a camper van wanting to find a parking space - this is probably not the correct car park for you).To add further salt to injury - the signs next to the out door shower area have a sign next to is saying 'do not use soap and shampoo here' - This is the first time, in a small beach area, that I have seen a sign saying - don't use soap, or shampoo (note: I am assuming the sign also includes organic shampoo and conditioner and environmentally friendly products)Facilities; Poor job of providing toilets - all toiletsare cheap and nasty cubicle toilets (contrasted with usual toilets that you find at other beach areas). 1 out of 5 - given that you cannot use organic or inorganic soap when you wash the salt off your body.Access; I found this car park entrance difficult to get into for a Nissan X-trail.The beach is stunning, once you get over the bad-vibes from the un-friendly signage.
