Cafe 262 is the most welcoming and friendly cafe in town. Rosanne and the staff are amazing, always up for a chat, notice their customers, and make you feel like a regular in no time. Their menu is full of great tasty, filling food, and they are happy to make changes for you if you need. Great coffee - you can even text in your order so it is ready when you get there. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. You'll definitely be taken care of here. Opens super early so you can get your breakfast and morning coffee as soon as you wake up, but be aware that they close at 2pm, and sometimes a little earlier so that customers can finish their lunch and the cafe actually be closing its doors at 2pm. So not a great spot if you are someone who likes a late lunch, but if you are just after a coffee to take away, they will normally let you in. ;)

The best customer service ever.Great bacon and egg rolls, the hottest coffees and mochas which were the best. Thanks for a great start to the day.Will be back on our travels for sure.

We stopped off for coffee/hot chocolate asked for hot, it was Great. Then near lunch time decided to have lunch. Milos had fish basket and salad and said the salad was outstanding. I have beer battered flathead and chips excellent. Had lemon meringue for desert. DOG FRIENDLY OUT SIDE. excellent service lovely lady served us thankyou.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

These guys were absolutely under the pump on Easter Saturday and somehow managed to get me served, fed and out in record time with not one mistake. Absolutely amazing, Thanks!

A beautiful little cafe in the heart of Griffith. The decor is very fun with tea cups hanging from the roof. Service was great, you will feel very looked after. The food was sensational with a special mention to the French Toast.

I went here twice last week and I have not stopped thinking about it. The service was amazing for both dining in & take away. We ordered the bacon & egg roll, French toast and eggs & toast to eat. For drinks we got the iced coffee with whipped cream (the best I've ever had!), chai latte & hot chocolates, every single thing was amazing! The French toast was to die for! It's made with raisin toast & their Berry compote was perfectly sweet.Wait times were decent, the place always has customers so I guess that's proof that they're as great as I say. Every time I come to Griffith, I will make a stop here!

Stopped here for breakfast. The food was amazing, ordered the breakfast bruschetta and big breakky. Both had great presentation, came out very quickly and tasted divine. I never finish my food but today I had to. Staff were so friendly and quick to serve. Starts your day off right with great service and amazing food.Definitely would recommend stopping here

We were greeted nicely at the entrance of the Cafe whilst looking at the menu. She was very friendly. I ordered the eggs benedict with salmon and water. The waitress came back with bottled water then I told her I just wanted tap water. The eggs benedict was the worse that I've ever had in all my time eating eggs benedict. One, it was on a slice of toast! Secondly, they used coles packaged salmon. Thirdly, it just came like that plain with nothing else on the plate. Presentation was zero and the hollandaise sauce was on a side (see attached photos). I would not recommend getting the eggs benedict at this cafe. Fourthly, the waiter came to collect my plate when half of the eggs benedict meal was still there. Toilets were far down the cafe, at the very end. I would not come back here again.
